Learn Effective Techniques to manage and reduce anxiety. Every class is different. Classes incorporate physical activities such as yoga, breathwork, and exercise to promote relaxation, release tension, and enhance over all well-being.

Registration closes 1hr before class start time. 

Classes: Online (join from anywhere!) EST

Sundays: 9am, 7pm

Monday-Wednesday 730am, 9am, 8pm
